The Future-Bookz Team

Subject Matter Experts

We are a team of Australian experienced educators with a wide range of skills in literacy, learning and communication. Our base is in Springwood, in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, Australia.

We engage subject matter experts as authors of titles in a rigorous quality controlled process.

We approach people we know, trust and have specific expertise and experience in their field. Some are professional, some amateur and some in business. They need not be writers or journalists, but they create the content – text and illustrations – for each book. Most illustrations are photographs captured by our subject matter experts.

We encourage suggestions for new future bookz topics and invite proposals from “Subject Matter Expert Authors”. Expert Authors are paid a commission for the sale of each book.

“My deep concern for the future of free societies and individual freedoms, is that people as citizens can read, and so participate fully in their communities. Literacy enables both personal flourishing and public responsibility. Low literacy is also related to poor health, poor employment, reduced life span, fractured families, low self esteem and poor relationship skills. A great risk to democracy at present is illiteracy, the result of the failure of schooling, driven by failed ideologies.
